Shipping Info: All packages are shipped via normal post.
If you’d like your records to be shipped with registered post (tracking nr.), please add the additional charge (€ 2,50) on top of the regular price when you purchase an item. Also, let us know in the comments area of your order.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that have not been shipped with registered post.
All orders are packed as best as possible to ensure items will not get damaged during shipping.
Return Policy: We offer a returns policy on all physical items.
You must notify us of the problem via email <info@noiztank.com> and, after our reply, returning the products in the same condition that you received them (and the same type of packing).
We are going to send you the replacement products according to the availability of our warehouse ad ONLY AFTER receiving the returned items.
If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer.
If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us.
